Lodging at Pinnacle Peaks

Guest Facility - Our facility consists of a contemporary 17,000 sq. ft. lodge with lobby and lounging area featuring massive stone fireplace, conversation pit, dining area to seat 24+, 17 spacious sleeping units, one conference room, covered and open porches, and a television lounge with satellite reception. We will provide food and beverage service as arranged with you. Our lodge has a smoke-free, non alcoholic (bring your own) environment. We offer executive-style luxury in a wilderness setting! Travel - We have an excellent grass airstrip on the ranch and are associated with a chartered back country air service and will assist you with travel planning by plane or car. You are responsible for all travel expense to and from the ranch unless purchasing an all-inclusive package. Guests flying their own aircraft are required to file a written permit and liability release form with ranch management.

8-12 People - $300.00 per person/ per night - 2 night minimum.(exclusive rate)
8-12 People - $175.00 per person/ per night - 2 night minimum.(non-exclusive rate)

 

All children over 14 are considered adults

Children 5-13 are 50% off the adult rate

Children under 4 are free Cribs and highchairs available

 

Rates include all meals, snacks and drinks.

All activities (excluding horse back rides) are included

Tax rate 8% - 6% sales tax, 2% lodging tax

Pets - We love animals, but cannot accommodate guest pets.

Pinnacle Peaks Conferences

Rates - Prices are quoted per person, per night and include lodging, meals, snacks, and use of recreational facilities unless they have been noted as rentals.

Exclusive Occupancy is available for corporate or private groups of 15 or more and includes use of conference facilities if desired.

Reserve The Lodge - A minimum 50% deposit is needed to reserve the booking and balance is due prior to occupancy. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future dates if cancellation is at least 30 days prior to scheduled visit.

Smaller Guest Groups may be taken during non-exclusive periods; however due to the remote location, advance planning is necessary and we are unable to accommodate drop-ins. Please call or write for lodging availability and prices.

Checks or cash only .A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for individual reservations. Guest agrees to sign liability release and to be responsible for any and all damages to property and equipment incurred during occupancy period.

We encourage your to bring your business groups to a place where interruptions, distractions, and stressful schedule juggling are no longer a part of a day's work. Companies having used our facility report excellent retreat work group success; whether in our conference rooms, informally in one of the lobby's conversation pits, or at patio furniture on the veranda. In fact, some rather important problem solving has been resolved in our relaxing natural hot pools or around an evening campfires.
